Return and Refund Policy 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We are committed to providing you with a high-quality shopping experience. That’s why we offer a 30-day “satisfaction or your money back” guarantee, under certain conditions:

Refund Conditions:

To be eligible for a refund, you must send us a video clearly showing the condition of your hair before using the product and after using it.
No refunds will be issued without this video.

Order Cancellation:

Once your order has been placed, it can no longer be canceled.

Product Returns:

If you received the product but decided not to use it, we are unable to issue a refund.

Stolen Packages:

In the event that your package is stolen, we cannot offer a refund. Unfortunately, we’ve seen cases where customers report a theft after having received their order.

Color Changes:

If you’d like to change the color of your order, you have 12 hours after placing it to request a change. After this time, no modifications can be made.

Refund Fee:

Please note that a €6.90 refund fee applies to every refund request.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Refund processing often takes a few business days.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@kahi.fr and send the item to:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
